CONFERENCE FEES

The Registration Fee includes Welcome reception (Sunday evening), 3 lunches, 6 coffee breaks, admission to scientific sessions, conference materials and costs of the organization expenses. The fee does not cover other meals, personal extras and dinners. Banquet (Wednesday evening) is paid extra. Please note that block of rooms is reserved for conference participants at the Hotel DUO for special group rate of 72 EUR/night until 20th July, 2018. Please book rooms directly through the reservation website of the hotel DUO (guidelines to book hotel at special conference rate will be sent to each registered symposium participant in confirmation e-mail of their registration). After the above deadline booking of accommodation in the hotel will be subject to availability of hotel rooms.

Please note that bank transfer charges are not included in these fees.

Liability

The conference organizers are not liable for travel, health, accidents or injury to delegates while attending and travelling to or from the meeting. Delegates are advised to carry adequate personal travel and health insurance.

Payment

All fees for the conference registration should be paid by bank transfer clear of all bank charges.
